I offer a unique, holistic package that can be tailored to your needs, so if you are having a wellness day to promote mental health in the workplace or hosting a wellbeing event for friends/family/special occasion. I can host anything from Mental Health Workshops, Group Hypnotherapy, Meditation sessions, Sound baths and Cold water Therapy sessions, whatever you require. I am fully trained and insured and also have access to a mini bus so can arrange a day out in nature if that is what you require.

Cold Water Therapy


 

Cold water tharapy can take place in any area of cold water - shower - bath - in a cold tub or out in nature in a loch, the sea or waterfall.

Cold water therapy has become really popular over the last few years. Immersing yourself in cold water can improve your immune system, less likely to get unwell. Hypnotherapy uses hypnosis to enter into a deep state of relaxation and focus and can be incredibly powerful. By using hypnotherapy techniques you can help your colleauges relax and unwind which can lead to improved mental health and productivity.

Sound Bath

A sound bath is a form of meditation where you are immersed in sound waves and frequencies from various instruments, such as gongs, singing bowls, chimes, drum and various others. As relaxing as this is there are some incredible benefits. Sound baths can reduce stress and anxiety and improves and regulates your sleep cycle and promotes deep relaxation. In a group setting, it creates a sense of unity and can break down barriers between coworkers. It has also been shown to increase white blood cell count which helps fight off infection and disease again leading to reduced sickness on the work
