Spring Equinox Workshop
Spring is the perfect time to leave behind what no longer serves us and welcome new opportunities. It's a time for rebirth and growth. That's why I'm excited to share with you my new workshop, 'Spring Into Spring.'
During this workshop, we'll focus on goal setting and creating a plan for the future. But first, we'll let go of what's holding us back with a powerful letting go ceremony.
And what better way to jumpstart our new beginnings than with a cold water dip? It may sound daunting, but trust me, it's invigorating and will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to take on anything.
To top it off, we'll end the day with a sound bath, a relaxing and therapeutic experience that will help you release any remaining tension and stress.
